If you need some guidance on how to get started at our studio, call us and talk to either Nuhar, the owner, or Jana, our awesome receptionist. You can certainly start with group classes, or you can start with a private session with Nuhar to figure out what direction you need to go. Nuhar is a licensed Physical Therapist, and she’s fully-certified in Pilates and GYROTONIC® exercise. She’s been in business since 2003, and there’s 18 highly educated, qualified instructors who teach at the studio.
Group Classes start as low as only $8, and Private/Semi-Private sessions start at $45. Beginner level classes are offered in both Pilates and Gyrotonic® exercise, on multiple pieces of the apparatus. So call us to get started today!
